1. We produce indoor and outdoor optical cable equipment:
A. Indoor fiber cable equipment:
a). HR-35 tight buffer production line: apply to produce tight buffer with PVC or LSZH.
b). HR-50/70 (stranded) premise cable production line: apply to produce premise cable, such as simplex, duplex or no more than 12 cores, also can strand and sheath tight buffer to make multi-core distribution cable. Extruding material can be PVC, LSZH etc.
c). HR-50 FTTH cable production line: apply to produce FTTH drop cable, extruding material can be PVC, PE, LSZH etc.
d). SZ premise cable stranding line: apply to multi-core SZ stranding of premise cable.
e). Rewinding machine for tight buffer and premise cable: apply to rewind tight buffer or premise cable.
B. Outdoor fiber optic cable equipment:
a) Coloring and rewinding machine: apply to color and rewind optic fiber.
b). HR-50 secondary coating production line: apply to produce loose tube with PBT or PE.
c). SZ stranding line: apply for sz stranding of loose tube.
d). HR-90/120 sheathing production line: apply to produce different kinds of outdoor optical cable with material PE.
e) Rewinding machine for outdoor fiber cable: apply to rewind outdoor fiber cable from one bobbin to another.
